A Eligibility (योग्यता)
(a) Essential Qualifications (अनिवार्य योग्यता)
- Graduate or equivalent from a recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Working knowledge of the local language (written and oral).
(b) Desirable Qualifications (वांछनीय योग्यता)
- Professional Degree/Diploma.
- Experience in Administration / Management / Accounts.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Experience in leading an organization.
- Experience in guiding/conducting research or educational activities.
B Age Limit (आयु सीमा)
- Maximum age at the time of application: 55 years.
- Retirement age: 60 years.
C Honorarium (मानदेय)
- Consolidated honorarium of ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- As per applicable Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS) guidelines.
D Terms & Conditions (नियम एवं शर्तें)
- Contractual appointment for a maximum period of 5 years; the first year will be a Probation Period.
- Extension of the contract will be based on work performance and the recommendation of the Board of Management (BoM).
- Candidates currently employed must apply through the Proper Channel and present a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of the interview.
- Candidates must submit all necessary educational, experience, and other related documents with their application.
